When you are ready to submit an inquiry for hotel, banquet and catering reservation through our site you will be asked to complete an online form. The form will ask to you to provide your contact information, event information and other relevant details about your event.

Reservation orders: For the purposes of completing your booking and save for disclosures required by law, criminal investigations, subpoenas or court orders, we will only disclose your information to the relevant vendor with which has agreed to offer you their services. Surveys: By completing a booking, you agree to receive an invitation email to complete our guest review form which we will send to you after your event. By completing the guest review, you agree that the completed guest review can be uploaded (in part or whole) to our website and/or shared with the relevant vendor to help them improve or modify their service offering for the sole purpose of servicing (future) customers on the service (level) and quality of the relevant vendor. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove review forms at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever.

Since you connect with the vendor directly, you may take this confirmation to the vendor as proof of the reservation. Furthermore, after the day of your event, we will send you the guest review survey, which we appreciate to be filled in by you. Information received from the survey will be shared with the vendor for improvement as well as added to our site for future customer's reference.
